In the Spanish state education system, there isn’t enough speaking practice; it’s more theory-based, and my children are happy to be sharing classes with classmates from another country. Hi, I'm Ashley.
For over 20 years I've worked with teenagers in the sporting arena, classrooms and in online programmes across Europe and the UK.
My journey started on the basketball court, playing professionally and coaching in Spain before moving into education. Since then I've taught in the UK, Spain and Italy, led international exchange programmes and developed AI strategies in UK schools.
I've seen too many talented teenagers held back, not by lack of ability, but by learning environments that were never designed to develop their full potential. That's exactly why I created this programme. To give ambitious European teenagers the skills, confidence and global mindset they need to belong on the world stage and make their mark.
