For over 20 years I've worked with teenagers across Europe using a high performance teaching, coaching and mentoring approach. From basketball courts as a professional player and coach to classrooms in Italy, Spain and the UK, to international exchange programmes and most recently developing AI strategies in UK schools.
I've seen too many capable, talented teenagers held back. Not by lack of ability, but by environments that were never designed to develop their full potential.
That's exactly why we created this programme. I believe that in the right environment, the journey to becoming proficient in a language is one of the most powerful vehicles for developing the character, mindset and skills for young people to achieve ambitious goals in the world.
